Required Ingredients
  • 1 orange
  • 1 apple
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
  • 1 cup of water or ice
Method of Preparation
  1. Peel the orange and carrot.
  2. Core the apple and cut it into smaller pieces.
  3. Place the orange, apple, and carrot into a blender.
  4. Add honey (if you like it sweet) and water or ice.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Serve in a glass and enjoy the refreshing juice!

Required Ingredients
  • 2 cups of mixed greens
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup of feta cheese (optional)
  • A handful of nuts (optional)
Method of Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the mixed greens.
  2. Slice the cucumber, tomato, and red onion.
  3. In a large bowl, toss together the greens and vegetables.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Sprinkle feta cheese and nuts on top.
